I definitely have a weakness for shakes, frappuccinos, and smoothies. I don’t know what it is exactly about them, but they make me so happy. Today, I’m going to share a family recipe for a delicious banana shake. The best part is it’s super simple to make!
All you need is:
- 1 Banana- the more brown spots the better (making it mushier and easier to blend)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup of milk
- Vanilla Extract
- Handful of Ice
Put in the banana – I’d advise breaking it apart. Add a dash of vanilla extract, the milk, and the ice. For the egg, separate the whites and the yolk. Put the yolk in a bowl and put the whites in the shake. Blend it all together!
